Here at Confident Property Services our passion isn't cleaning, its GREAT customer service. We understand that to provide you with the best service possible we need highly trained and friendly office staff, knowledgeable and honest sales people, and quality and safety oriented technicians. We believe that when you combine all of those traits, the end result is a positive experience for our clients, a thorough cleaning for your home or business, and ultimately a completely satisfied customer.
While cleaning is our business, customer service is our PASSION.
Confident Property Services was founded by Scott & Celeste Davis in 2007 after discovering that there was a void in the Houston market for a local, honest, professional cleaning company. They realized it when they had their own experience cleaning their home. They replaced a perfectly good roof because they didn't know any better.
Confident Property Services uses only manufacturer approved chemicals on all of your exterior surfaces, especially your roof, which means that no pressure is needed to instantly eliminate the algae that's growing on your roof. Every surface we clean gets a treatment with our proprietary algaecide to make sure that your surfaces stay algae and mold free for as long as possible.
Safety
Our technicians are put through an extensive training regimen before ever being allowed to step foot on your property. They become familiar with all of the safety tools available and the proper usage. Our technicians are required to wear a fall protection harness at all times when on your roof.
Insurance
No matter how much training you provide, or how safety conscious you are, the reality is that accidents can still happen. For that reason we want to make sure that you are protected as well as our employees. We carry 2 million in liability insurance and full Workman's Compensation on every one of our employees.
Job Training
Each of our technicians is trained in their specific duties. Each team consists of 2 people, the Ground Tech and the Roof Tech.
- - Our Roof techs are trained on how to properly walk ALL roof surfaces including shingle, tile, metal and slate. They are heavily trained in Safety, fall protection, hydration and quality control.
- - Our Ground Tech's go through an extensive training program that teaches them about different plant types, safety, chemical reactions, and the best way to protect your landscaping. They understand that even over watering can be harmful and know how to regulate it properly.
While we do provide cross training it is simply so that our teams can cross check each other's work to ensure that you, the customer, gets the highest quality work possible. Our Roof Tech will never act as a ground tech, and vice versa.
